What is the difference between Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze seating?
Our seating is divided into four zones to offer a range of experiences:
- Platinum Seating: The most premium option, located at the very front of the venue, offering the closest proximity to the performers and the most immersive view.
- Gold Seating: Positioned just behind Platinum, still very close to the stage with excellent visibility.
- Silver Seating: Located in the middle section of the venue.
- Bronze Seating: Situated toward the back of the venue.

Where can I find my ticket?
After purchase, your ticket will be:
- Emailed to you
- Available in the Lumos app
- Accessible via the Fatsoma app

Can I buy tickets at the door?
No, we do not sell tickets at the door. All tickets must be purchased online—either through our website or via Fatsoma.
Please note:
- Event pages remain live and available for purchase right up until the event starts.
- If you’re making last-minute plans, you can still buy your ticket online and show it on your phone at entry.
Will there be food and drinks available?
Yes, most of our events offer food and drink options, including bars or refreshments available on-site. However, this can vary depending on the venue, so please make sure to read the event description for full details specific to your show.
How long do the performances last?
Performance length may vary depending on the event.
- Indoor shows typically last 1 hour.
- Outdoor shows vary, please look at specific events for further details.
We recommend arriving early and carefully reading the event description at the time of booking for full details specific to your chosen performance.
What musicians will be performing?
We work with an exceptional roster of professional musicians and ensembles. The lineup may vary by event, but rest assured every performance features top-tier talent.
Are pets allowed at the events?
Pets are not permitted inside the venue. However, registered guide dogs are welcome. Please contact us in advance if you plan to attend with an assistance animal.
Booking & Ticket Policies
Refunds
Our events are non-refundable. We do, however, understand that plans can change, so we’re always happy to transfer your ticket to another show, subject to availability. If you have any questions or need to talk to us, please email us at events@lumoslive.co.uk.
PLEASE NOTE: BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, AS THEY ARE RETAINED BY OUR TICKETING PARTNER AND NOT BY LUMOS EXPERIENCES.
Transfers
We are unable to transfer tickets to another person or change the name on a ticket. Please ensure all booking information is correct before purchasing.
Disability Access & Carer Tickets
We’re committed to making our events accessible. If you require a disability access ticket, please contact us at [events@lumoslive.co.uk].
- Carers can receive 20% off using the code “20OFF”.
- For any specific access needs or questions, feel free to email us directly so we can assist.
- Please note: Each venue is different so we can’t guarantee front row seats for disability tickets.
